About Me
I am a recent Teach for America alumnus and middle school teacher living in Los Angeles. I will be moving to Boston in late August to attend Harvard University's Graduate School of Education. I have been tutoring for the past three years and successfully have aided my students in math, science, writing, social studies, and study skills development. For example, after tutoring one of my students throughout her 8th grade year in Algebra 1, she tested into Geometry Honors at her future high school - an impressive jump. I love to balance rigor with engagement (such as my willingness to write math raps!), and I am excited to work with you!
