I am currently working towards a PhD in Chemistry at Columbia University, having graduated from Yeshiva University Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry and Pre-Engineering. I have been tutoring for over five years (from teenagers to adults) and I have taught two semesters of General Chemistry at Columbia and one semester of General Chemistry Laboratory. I love helping students understand science and math and to learn how to apply it to daily life and be creative with it. I like to work closely with my students to tailor my teaching style to their needs, and I always insist on the importance of communication above all. I also enjoy teaching other subjects as well, such as history, english, and art.
