Hey! I've enjoyed teaching for years, starting as a teaching assistant while I was an undergraduate (Pomona College). More recently, I've worked as a chemistry and English-as-a-Second-Language tutor, though my very favorite subjects to teach are math and science. I've recently started a Ph.D. program in Neuroscience at the University of California, San Francisco. I've had chances to be both a teacher and student this year, and I love it - I think learning about the world should be fun and (mostly) painless, and I really enjoy trying to pass on my excitement.
