Stephanie O

Princeton, NJ Tutor

About Me

I am a Princeton University undergraduate in Molecular Biology. I've been tutoring continuously since high school, both as a private tutor and as a volunteer. I've tutored students ranging from elementary school to college in subjects such as reading and writing, Algebra II, Chemistry, and Calculus. I really love tutoring, because I enjoy the feeling of being able to get someone to understand a difficult concept; I even helped one high school junior raise her SAT math score by 180 points. It means a lot to me to satisfy my students with tangible evidence of success, so that's my goal as a tutor.

Stephanie was very thoughtful and a very good algebra teacher. My daughter understood and found the meeting helpful. We have, however, found another tutor that will serve double-duty French and Algebra for us, so we unfortunately will not continue with Stephanie, but she is definitely well-qualified and we enjoyed meeting her.
