About Me
Hello! I'm Nina, a recent honors graduate from NYU where I studied Media, Culture and Communications which was a really great discipline since it is so applicable to the real world and also encompasses aspects from many different disciplines which provided for a very well rounded education. I have always loved to teach people and tutoring allows me to foster someone's interest in a subject and help them become more confident in their own abilities. There is nothing more gratifying than helping someone understand a concept or write an essay that they are proud of. I have always been an avid reader and writer and my time spent living in South America helped me grasp the Spanish language. I am a very friendly, enthusiastic and determined tutor and would love the opportunity to work with as many different people as I can!
