About Me
I am a second-year PhD student in the Neuroscience program at UCSF. I have worked in science in various capacities--as a field researcher, as a technician, as a visiting scientist abroad, and now as a professional student. Science is difficult, and this is not lost on me, but it can also be incredibly enriching. Through involved and careful teaching, I hope to extend my love of science to my students, whether that means instilling a curiosity at the world's workings to middle-schoolers, or bringing rigor to the understanding of the molecular underpinnings of the mind to adults. My goal is that my students will enjoy my teaching as much as I do.
