About Me
Are you looking for a private Hebrew tutor? I have taught now off and on for three years. I teach Hebrew at a Hebrew school (ages 6 - 10) and I tutored young children at 826 Valencia when I lived in the Mission District of San Francisco. I love teaching because I love learning and I want to pass on that love to kids. Besides Hebrew, which I speak fluently, I've also studied Japanese, Arabic, Spanish and French. My full-time "job" is as a student in the graduate program in Sociocultural Anthropology at UC Santa Barbara. I'd be happy to tutor on the weekends. I also have experience with traditional Jewish texts (Torah, midrash, some Talmud) and would be happy to help your son or daughter prepare for their bar/bat mitzvah.

My kids loved her and she seemed top notch in every respect. You can tell immediately that she's high quality and cares about what she's doing. I am looking forward to using her as a tutor for our kids repeatedly. Would recommend her highly.
