About Me

I have been a passionate educator, and tutor for children as well as adults in various subject areas for nearly twenty years-and I am still young. I believe that the young people should have every opportunity to thrive in whatever area they are attempting to inprove upon. A great part of my success with tutoring students-whether it be writing skills, test taking preparation or teaching English As A Second Language (especially to non-native speakers) arises from my ability to motivate them. I have always possessed an excellent rapport with learners of all age ranges. Rapport is one key that helps to develop trust between the learner and teacher. Once the trust has been established then my strength in encouraging the student and helping him or her to believe in themself shines through. My goal as a dedicated teacher-and tutor is to help my students prosper and have the best opportunity to travel down the path toward lifelong learning.
