About Me

Hello! As you can see I have an excellent technical background and a varied teaching experience to draw upon.

I tutor an individual student in much the same way that I teach a classroom of students--my goal is to convey the elegance, excitement and power of science and mathematics, while making them manageable and understandable.

I will continually assess your child's level of understanding, and tailor my instruction accordingly. I will work with him/her to achieve mastery, whether in breaking down a complex scientific concept or mathematical procedure, or in general problem-solving. More than that, I will reinforce the content with real-world examples and connections across subject domains, which makes learning more interesting, enjoyable, and effective.
