About Me
I have always had a passion for sharing knowledge. From being a nationally ranked debater in high school to becoming a corporate computer trainer, I have always kept others' interests at heart. I work with people on their level and try to help them come up with answers on their own... a tutor should be a guide. I've always been a whiz on standardized tests, scoring a 1520 on my SATs (when it was a 1600 point test) and a 30 on my ACTs. I'd love to help your high school student do the same! Writing has always been a strong point of mine. My structured approach will have anyone writing like a pro in no time. Math and science round out my expertise with years of practice and use. I have also always had an interest in history and am great at helping work out timelines and mnemonic devices to remember anything! Patience, fun, and encouragement are easy for me since I am the mother to a young child as well as a support technician, having to help people all day. I'd love to help you find success as well.
