About Me

I am a University of Cincinnati graduate in Middle Childhood Education, language arts and social studies. I am positive, enthusiastic, patient and I have such a strong passion for teaching. There isn't a better sense of accomplishment than inspiring a child to reach their academic and personal goals. I successfully student taught a fifth grade classroom and tutored/nannied for a family in the past year. I challenged my students to seek their highest academic potential with their learning styles and interests in mind. I created lesson plans incorporating content relating to a student's life both inside and outside of the classroom. I have found that building a personal relationship with a child based on trust and respect creates a positive and caring environment. I am fully aware that every child learns differently, and I will provide every individual student with the right guiding tools for success.  EndFragment
