I am a native German speaker from Leipzig, and have studied and worked in the UK for ten years, took the IB and hold a BA (hons) degree in Drama from the University of Exeter; as well as studying at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. 

In my time in London I have tutored individuals and groups up to fifteen students in ESL, German and held workshops in Acting and Drama. I have a great love for Shakespeare and the Theatre which is a source of great inspiration. It was because of my Drama training that I was first hired to teach and tutor language, in order to convey the material in an exciting, practical and tangible way, as too often language can be taught in overly academic manner. I believe this is where my strength is, in bringing a sense of play and practicality into the learning process.
