About Me

I have a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and have tutored math and science for 6 years. I've worked with students ranging from 4th grade to 12th grade. The most rewarding part of tutoring is to see a struggling student finally understand a difficult topic and gain the confidence needed to tackle harder problems. . Some accomplishments I have helped students achieve include: - Passing a math regents (NY state exam) that the student had recently failed - Significantly improving the student's quarterly average in math and science classes - Increasing the student's SAT score.
