About Me

I'm a certified New York City teacher (entering my eighth year teaching Calculus, Algebra, and Geometry) who's been teaching or tutoring in some form or other since I was in high school myself. Beginning with the fake lessons and real chalkboard I enjoyed as a kid, I've always known that I wanted to teach.  I've worked in my high school math lab and writing lab, tutored all through my college years at Yale, and joined the Teaching Fellows after I graduated to teach in New York.  My other passion in life is Ballroom dancing, and I've been teaching that, too, since college.  I believe that anyone can be good at Math if only they have the right teacher (or tutor)!
