About Me

In tutoring students over the past handful of years I have learned that the most important thing in succeeding is truly getting to know and developing a meaningful and fun relationship with the student. Fortunately, this also happens to be my favorite part!

I have a goal oriented, focused, and full-life-spectrum approach to working with students. I don't think that my best teachers were the most highly educated in a given subject. The best were the ones who truly took the time to figure out my learning style and how to tweak my habits and likes to help me succeed. Good teachers and tutors do not just help with a given subject, but they cannot help but transform others parts of the life such as passion, learning approaches, writing approaches, creative expression and lateral thinking.

I love a challenge and I believe that if a student is committed to succeeding with me, there is absolutely nothing that can stop us from achieving our goals!

People need help with certain subjects/ideas because something just is not clicking. The issue is almost always at the core of the way a person understands, feels, and interprets a given idea. I work with students to help transform thinking and bring out ideas and habits that will truly bring success.
