About Me
Hi! I am a junior at Georgetown University majoring in Women's and Gender Studies with a minor in Social and Political Thought (3.86 GPA). While my major is something I am passionate about, I am also extremely passionate about teaching and have been doing so for six years. I am certified through Cambridge University (CELTA) to teach English as a Foreign Language and specialize in all aspects of the English language (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, etc). While I have been tutoring and teaching languages for quite some time, I also have a genuine passion for writing, and can assist in topic choice, organization, and grammar when writing an academic paper. Writing is an essential tool for communication that is sought after in any field, which is why I take the time to make sure those who need help with writing are able to do so strongly. I care deeply about teaching and am very enthusiastic about it because I believe that learning can be a really positive experience when the subject matter is presented in a clear and interesting way!
