About Me
I am currently in my last year of graduate school at the University of Maryland in College Park. I am working on completing my Master's degree in Elementary Special Education. I love teaching and working with students with different needs. I have years of experience with younger (elementary age) students with autism, Apraxia, speech delay, Down's syndrome, Intellectual Disability, and some experience with cerebral palsy. In high school, I took a lot of AP classes and learned more test taking and studying strategies than I know what to do with! I love helping other people succeed, even if means trying 50 different ways to find the one that works for that person. I am patient and understanding with all my students; I know that different people work in different ways and it is my job to help them figure out which way works best for them.
