About Me
I taught elementary and middle school for 28 years. I retired eleven years ago due to a severe hearing loss. Since then, I taught myself to write. Two of my novels will be published this coming spring 2012. I've had over 70 articles published in local and national publications like San Diego Family Magazine, and Highlights for Children. Due to my hearing loss, I can function nicely one-on-one, but not in a classroom environment. Since I love children and helping people learn, I've been tutoring children, teens, and adults since 2001. During that time, I've had many successes helping children succeed in school, and helping college and grad students with their writing. Perhaps I can help you.
