About Me
Teaching is my passion and I have worked as an Educator for over 25 years. I have worked at the teaching level as well as the supervisory and administrative level. I believe that all children can and will learn. I received an award for excellence in Teaching in my early years for teaching French to inner city mainly hispanic students. The award was from the Department of Education, the City of New York. In my latter years I was nominated several times for the National Teacher of the year, while teaching at the Junior High School level. I have worked as a Teacher as well as at a Supervisory level and have worked as a Professor in college. I worked as a Teacher and Guidance Counselor for Adult Education Programs. Having taught at all levels from Kindergarten to college I found that I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of teaching.
