About Me

David Vaisberg is in his fourth year of his rabbinical studies at the Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion in New York City, where he just completed his Masters in Religious Education. Previously, he received his B.A. Honours in psychology from York University. Adding dimension to his collegiate study of Jewish and Hebrew texts, David enjoyed classes in guitar performance and musical theater, as well. Alongside his studies, David worked in local congregations as a teacher, tutor, and cantorial soloist. David enjoys mountain biking, hiking and yoga, cooking, and jamming with his guitar and drum. Born in Montreal, Quebec, and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, David brings an international element to his teaching.
