About Me
I'm a senior at the University of Maryland at College Park studying Geographic Information Systems. I have some tutoring experience mostly in basic algebra, however, I am a pretty well-rounded person so I have a general knowledge of many other subjects, too. And if there is a subject or area which you need a tutor for that you do not see listed here, please feel free to just ask! I would be happy to offer general advice to students planning to apply to college, because I have learned some things in my college years that I wish someone had taught me before I got here. I also am interested in tutoring students with disabilities--having a sister with a mental disability has given me the patience and passion to assist others who have disabilities as well. And I know how important it is to have a patient and understanding teacher, as well as a teacher who can creatively and effectively teach the desired material, so I try my best to implement all these qualities in my tutoring methods!
