About Me
I believe that a tutor can make a difference in a student's life by encouraging to develop his/her full intellectual and academic potential. I hold a current State Teacher Certification from the State of Illinois (to expire 06-30-2015). Thus, the required background and fingerprint checks were completed by the state of Illinois.
I tutor in these various areas: English, writing, grammar, essay writing, vocabulary, ACT writing/reading, SAT writing/reading, My English and writing skills have been honed in both undergraduate and graduate school. I am a dynamic, competent and experienced coach, bringing a wealth of training and experience for over 30 years in these areas: writing, delivering and instructing/teaching public speecking.
My tutoring methods are described as positive, nurturing and encouraging, capitalizing on both student's strengths and enhancing critical areas for development.
I'm easily accessible at all times via cellphone; I maintain a highly flexible schedule for the benefit of the student.
