About Me

I love to read and write.  Teaching allows me to share this passion and to assist others in finding success in reading and writing.  

I am a fully credentialed English teacher and a published writer.   After eight years in the classroom, I am seeking to bring my experience to a one-on-one level through tutoring.  I enjoy guiding students through all the steps of the writing process.  

As an experienced and credentialed teacher, I have studied strategies to assist all levels of readers and writers.  I am able to design lessons and study techniques to fit your learning style as well as give you suggestions for how to adapt to various teaching methods.

Working in public education, I am experience all types of literary analysis and writing.  From reading and creating business documents, to researching and formatting academic essays, through preparing for college entrance essays and exams, I have easy to use resources for your success.
