About Me
I'm a native New Yorker who has returned after four years studying mathematics at the University of Chicago. I was fortunate enough to see the beauty and elegance in math throughout my academic career, and am passionate about imparting that philosophy to all my students. I am currently a volunteer tutor in math, which I find incredibly rewarding at every turn. My other tutoring experience has been in a foreign language environment, teaching a Chinese student the ins and outs of personal essay writing for college admissions. I truly enjoy teaching math and science and changing its reception amongst distraught students.
