About Me
With two Ivy League degrees, New York State teaching certification, six years of teaching experience, and unwavering patience and zeal, I am the tutor you've been searching for. After graduating magna cum laude from Cornell, I moved to Tokyo to round out my learning with classroom practice. I later earned a master's degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and New York State certification in English Language Arts, grades 7-12. Since 2005, I have taught and tutored ESL, Spanish, and English Language Arts. My students, their parents, and my current and former employers can vouch for my dedication and effectiveness.
