About Me
I am a conductor and clarinetist. I have a bachelor's degree from the Peabody Conservatory, a master's degree from Bard College-Conservatory and a Performance certificate from Ecole d'Arts Americaines de Fontainebleau.
I have taught at the Manhattan School of Music Preparatory Division, the Luzerne Music Center, the Peabody Conservatory Preparatory Division and the Bard Conservatory.
I am available for instruction in clarinet, conducting, music history, theory, and general music appreciation.
Want to learn the clarinet? Need help with a theory assignment? Going to the Opera and want a crash course? I believe that classical music shouldn't be terrifying (and dare I say it can be rather enjoyable). Send me a message for more information on how I teach or to book an appointment.
Additionally, I have done extensive editing of essays and articles, for newspapers and magazines, as well as papers for ESL university students (contact for more information).
