About Me

I am a graduate with an MFA in Acting from the University of California, Irvine specializing in voice and speech; and an honors graduate from UNC-Greensboro with a BFA in performance. But before acting, I was an electrical engineering major. I truly love working one on one with students and helping them discover that "aha!" moment. My passion is teaching students English language skills and reading comprehension. Helping them develop a confidence in their own speech and understanding of the English language helps them become more confident in speaking up in class and leads to more curiosity and a braver exploration of the world around them!
