About Me

I am a graduate student in Literature with a concentration in gender studies. My goal is to get my PhD and teach Literature at a university, but I love to teach and tutor people of all ages. Reading and writing have always been some of my favorite activities, and I love sharing them with other people and working through difficult texts or assignments together. I have experience with tutoring people from elementary school age to college, and I've tutored in English, literature, history, reading skills, and writing skills--all the way up to college level papers. I started volunteering as a tutor in High School, and have kept up with it all through college and into graduate school. It is a job I find rewarding, and I hope to be able to help you!
