About Me

I graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in general science. I am currently enrolled in a masters in elementary education program at Western Governors University. I have worked in corporate training for 8 years and have decided to focus my passion for teaching on student education. I have been tutoring students for over a year now and have helped children of all ages meet their full potential. At the elementary level I not only teach kids to read, I work to foster a love for reading and learning by showing them the world of knowledge and imagination found in books. Reading in writing go hand and hand, I have worked with students on writing skills enabling them to exceed expectations on CMT exams. I have also worked with children from elementary through college on math skills ranging from addition to college level algebra courses. I have perfected a SAT prep course that has increased student scores.
