About Me

I am an educator currently working at the Genesee Valley Outdoor Education Center. I am passionate about youth development. Past jobs I have held have included running a program in an elementary school, after-school programming in middle schools, job-skills readiness for high schoolers, a group foster home for boys, and many more. I am also currently the coach of the UMBC Women's Ultimate Frisbee program.

At Vassar, my degree was writing-intensive. I enjoy structuring papers, editing, and helping to guide students through the writing process. This past fall I was employed to help a high school senior with her college applications and had a wonderful time working with her on her voice and tone for her personal essays. I am happy to help with college applications, middle school, high school, or college papers, and creative writing.
