About Me

Hi! I am a Stanford undergraduate passionate about tutoring and mentoring, which I believe provides a uniquely powerful way to learn. In June I will be graduating with honors from Stanford with a BA in Psychology and English, and I will be beginning a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My degree in English makes me particularly qualified for tutoring students in reading, critical thinking, analyzing literature, and writing essays (both for school and for high school/college applications). In high school I tutored elementary school students across all subjects, and in college I have tutored junior high and high school students in math, English language and literature, French, study skills and organization, and essay writing. My study in Psychology also has taught me about the way people best learn and absorb material, which I am able to incorporate in my tutoring.
